Program Assessment Manager 

Position Summary 

Manages the intake process for prospective participants and conducts comprehensive surveys with current students and parents to gather feedback for continuous program improvement, as well as conducting interviews with potential students and their families to assess program fit and readiness. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between program leadership and participants, ensuring data-driven insights inform program development while maintaining a welcoming and professional experience for all stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct post-program surveys with students and parents to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement 

• Interview prospective students and parents to assess program alignment and readiness 

• Analyze feedback data and provide insights to program leadership 

• Maintain organized records of all assessments and interviews 

• Support program development initiatives based on participant feedback 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience in communications, customer relations, sales, or client-facing roles 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse populations 

• Experience conducting interviews or surveys in a professional setting 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Familiarity with career development or educational programming 

• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality 

• Patient and empathetic approach when working with participants 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 

Reports To:  Director of Program Management  

Time Commitment: At least 5-10 hours per month, with flexibility based on availability and organizational needs.
