IT Operations Manager 

Position Summary  

Support and execute IT operations functions to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure. Assist in implementing IT strategies, monitor system performance, coordinate technology projects, and provide operational leadership for IT team members under the guidance of the Director of IT Operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support implementation of IT operational strategies developed by senior leadership 

• Execute IT infrastructure maintenance, updates, and routine technology initiatives 

• Coordinate and mentor IT operations team members on daily operational tasks 

• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation under director guidance 

• Support technology adoption initiatives and provide operational input 

• Assist with incident response and help execute disaster recovery procedures 

Required Qualifications 

• IT operations experience with some leadership or supervisory capabilities 

• Experience with IT project coordination and operational planning  

• Proficiency in common IT platforms and business systems 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure  

• Good communication skills for team coordination and cross-departmental support 

Reports To: Director of IT Operations 

Time Commitment: At least 5-10 hours per month, with flexibility based on availability and organizational needs.
